A 9-month pandemic-era Stanford study found that working from home increases employee productivity by 13% and reduces turnover rates—one of the biggest hidden costs in business—by a staggering 50%!
Certainly, physical co-location increases opportunities for interaction. But there’s an inherent limitation: It increases interaction for only those people so co-located.
